His Excellency Mohamad El Zohbi, the non-resident Ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda to Kuwait, met with Lebanon’s Minister of Defense, Mr. Michel Menassa, on Monday. During the meeting, the two officials discussed potential areas of mutual cooperation, particularly in defense and diplomatic relations, and exchanged views on recent regional developments.
Ambassador Mohamad El Zohbi, who is of Lebanese descent, has played a significant role in strengthening Antigua and Barbuda’s ties with the Middle East. He continues to promote the country’s interests and explore new avenues of collaboration across the region.
السفير محمد الزعبي يلتقي وزير الدفاع اللبناني لبحث التعاون الثنائي
التقى سعادة السفير محمد الزعبي، السفير غير المقيم لأنتيغوا وبربودا لدى دولة الكويت، يوم الإثنين مع وزير الدفاع اللبناني، السيد ميشال منسى. وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث سبل التعاون المشترك، لا سيما في المجالات الدفاعية والدبلوماسية، إلى جانب تبادل وجهات النظر حول آخر التطورات الإقليمية.
ويُذكر أن السفير الزعبي من أصول لبنانية، وقد لعب دوراً بارزاً في تعزيز علاقات أنتيغوا وبربودا مع منطقة الشرق الأوسط، ويواصل جهوده في الترويج لمصالح بلاده واستكشاف مجالات تعاون جديدة في المنطقة.
